When purchasing tickets on our site, you have agreed to the collection and storage of the required data. See also points 7-12.
2. Product
Zorn Museum sells entrance tickets via Biljetto. The ticket price varies depending on the event. No other costs will be added to the ticket price unless otherwise stated. The cost is deducted directly upon payment. The ticket price is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), incl. VAT. Tickets are sent to the e-mail address provided when purchasing.
The tickets must be able to be presented to the museum's staff in either electronic form or printed.Tickets may not be resold.
Lost or damaged electronic tickets will not be reimbursed .Prepurchased tickets do not give priority in queues to the museum. All tickets are shown before the event's start time unless otherwise stated in the description or booking confirmation.
In case of late arrival, Zorn Museum may refuse entry to events. Zorn Museum reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not have their ticket, has a damaged ticket that cannot be read, did not show the ticket before the set time or has a ticket that was sold to a third party.
3. Free admission
Visitors who hold a membership card that, according to membership conditions, are valid for free admission, choose the corresponding price category when booking a ticket. A valid membership card must be presented together with identification and ticket at the ticket counter or guide. Please note that there are different rules for each destination.
The Zorn house for example has a limited number of places and pre-booking needs to be made to guarantee your place.

4. Press
Press members in service can receive free admission if contact is made before the visit for review before the visit and upcoming article.
5. Rebooking / cancellation
The ticket cannot be canceled, only rebooked with a credit code.
6. Canceled events
The Zorn Museum reserves the right to cancel events and strives to notify the buyer before the event starts. In the event of canceled events, tickets are refunded via bank refund within 30 calendar days of the customer being notified of the canceled event. Please note that the museum may contact you for additional information in order to complete the refund.
7. Data collection
We need some personal information from you so that you can buy tickets. Personal data is information needed to identify you, such as name, address, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc. With your consent, data is collected and processed by the Zorn Museum when you buy tickets.User data is personal data that identifies the user as well as information about the services that the user uses at the Zorn Museum. For example, it could be your IP address. We collect data to make it possible for you to buy tickets.
8. Use of data
Please note that the Zorn Museum does not save card numbers anywhere, this is handled entirely by a third party (Swedbank Pay). This is done securely and through so-called encryption via SSL. For more information regarding the transaction procedure, please see https://www.swedbankpay.se/konsument.We use personal data to communicate with you about orders and completed ticket purchases.
9. Transfer of personal data to third parties
Your personal data will only be sent to a third party to carry out a necessary payment transaction or a business transaction with our partners.
